Creamy Mocha Coffee Chill
Ingredients:
8 oz. cold water
3-4 ice cubes
2 tbls HPLC Chocolate Mix
2-3 packets of Equal/Splenda sweetener (optional)
1 rounded tsp.instant decaf coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
2 tbls Lite Cool Whip topping
Directions:
Blend 30-40 seconds until well blended. Garnish with 2 TBLS. of Lite Cool Whip topping and sprinkled cinnamon (only an additional 15 calories)

Healthy Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
14 oz. water
2 tbsp. ShapeWorks Formula One Nutritional Shake Mix - Chocolate
2 tbsp. ShapeWorks Formula Three Performance Protein Powder
Directions:
Boil 10 oz. of water. In shaker, add 4 oz. cold water, Shake Mix and Protein Powder. Shake until combined and powder is dissolved. Pour into large mug. Add hot water and stir. Add a little instant coffee for extra flavor, if desired.

Iced Cappuccino
Ingredients:

1 c. cold coffee (or cold water with 1 tsp. of instant coffee)
1 packet artificial sweetener
3 to 4 ice cubes
Directions:

Ingredients:
2 cups chipped ice
6-8 ounces soy milk

3-4 tablespoons Nescafe iced coffee syrup (sold in the coffee isle)
Directions:
Put in blender and mix until it is "coolata" consistency. UNBELIEVABLY REFRESHING!!!!

Orange Julius-Style Shake
Ingredients:
16 oz. very cold water
2 tbsp. ShapeWorks Formula One Nutritional Shake Mix - Vanilla
1 packet Thermojetics® High-Protein, Low-Carb Peach Mango Drink Mix
2-3 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and mix on high until ice is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.

Soda Fountain Shake
Ingredients:

5 oz. nonfat milk
3 oz. flavored diet soda (black cherry, strawberry, root beer, etc.)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Strawberry Lemonade with Original Concentrate Tea
Ingredients:
Crystal Light Lemonaid
Herbalife Original Tea (to taste)
1 handful frozen, unsweetened strawberries
8 packets of Splenda (sweetener)
Directions:
Mix up a pitcher of Crystal Light Lemonade. Put in fridge or freezer and let it get cold.
When ready to serve your guests, put about 1/2 of the pitcher of Lemonade in your blender. Add Herbalife Original Tea and blend. Add enough to darken the lemonade. (More energy - add more tea!)
Then add a really BIG handful of frozen, unsweetened strawberries. Blend.
Add 8 or so packets of Splenda - sweeten to your taste.
Repeat process with the other half of Crystal Light. Keep in freezer until your guests arrive so it will be icy!
Of course you can do this on an individual serving - just put a couple of strawberries into 3/4 glass of lemonade, and Splenda to taste. I had guests who do not like lemonade - loved it.
Guests who do not like tea - loved it!
